The final farewell.
Dear collectors and dear retailers,
Since the Annette Himstedt manufactory is now closed, we would like to take this opportunity thank you all for your love of dolls and your long lasting loyalty and the good relationships we've had.
These were eventful 23 years, which you were able to share with Annette Himstedt, her team and of course the Himstedt Kinder and Himstedt Masterpieces.
Many of you were enchanted by the charm and the extraordinary charisma of Annette's dolls. Your hearts were in this as much as was Annette's for all these years.
Now the time has come to say good bye. Annette and her team say tschüss, good bye, adieu, adios, vaarwel...
Some information regarding the closure:
1) From May 1, 2009, the manufactory is offline. That means you can no longer reach us on the phone or via email.
2) The start date for the new independent repair services in the USA and in Germany unfortunately has to be delayed due to organisational reasons and vacations. It will now commence in the middle of September 2009. You will then be able to make use of these services, should you have any problems with your dolls.
Both contact addresses will be made public on our website closer to the time.
3) We'll be keeping our website live in the future, so you can always view past Himstedt Kinder collections and to help you remember the dolls. Despite the company closure we will strive to complete the doll archive so you'll soon be able to find all the Himstedt dolls there.
