Information regarding the closure:

1) Since May 1, 2009, the manufactory is closed. That means you can no longer contact us.

2) Starting on September 1st, 2009 you can make use of an independent repair service in Germany, run by Hedi Allgeier. There will be a repair service in the US in the future, but for the time being the following details in Germany are your contact. Please note that there isn't always an English speaker present, so enquiries should be made via email only and won't necessarily be answered on the same day. This repair service is independent and not affiliated with the former Annette Himstedt Manufactory. Please note that you will be charged for any work carried out.

3) We'll be keeping our website live in the future, so you can always view past Himstedt Kinder collections and to help you remember the dolls. Despite the company closure we will strive to complete the doll archive so you'll soon be able to find all the Himstedt dolls there.
