The Club year runs from February to January and, as usual, any doll orders placed by members are given priority over non-Club members' orders. |

As a Club member you will automatically receive the Club gift - a free Club Mini. This year there are four sweet 'Kleines' to choose from. Two different dolls, each available with sitting or standing legs. You can also purchase any of the other Minis in the set directly from us by using our order form. |

- The Club year starts on 1 January and ends on 31 December. You may become a member at any time, but no later than 31 December for any current Club year.
- The Club member documents which have allready been published for the current year and your membership card will be sent to you as soon as possible after we've received your membership fee.
- The Club membership card is not transferable.
- The Club Minis are available exclusively through the Himstedt Club.
- The Club Minis ship towards the end of the Club year.
- The final date for making orders during the current Club year is 31 December.
- Payment in subsequent years is always due in advance of the respective Club year (1 January).
- If you shouldn't have heard of us more than four weeks after you have paid your membership fee, please contact a member of the Club team. At the start of the Club year it may take a little longer than four weeks. Thank you for your patience.
Notice of termination:
- Membership is renewed for the following year if notice of termination is not given in writing six weeks before the end of the Club year.
Notice of withdrawal:
- You may cancel your membership application in writing within one week of application.
- With your signature you are giving permission for your personal data to be registered with the retailer and the Himstedt Club. The Himstedt Club and the retailer undertake to observe the laws protecting personal data.
